EMC Agro’s Taiynsha meat processing plant was commissioned in 2019 and is the largest and unparalleled in Central Asia. The capacity of the meat processing plant is: 20,000 tons of meat and 10,000 tons of finished products. The production has implemented the quality management system ISO 22000:2018, HACCP. In 2020, EMC Agro LLP received the International Food Safety System Certificate FSSC-22000.
Every year, production shows sustainable growth. LINK to sustainable growth. Thanks to this, new jobs are being created in the Taiynsha district of North Kazakhstan region. Today, the staff consists of about 600 jobs. The company continues to create new jobs.
The meat processing plant has its own raw material supplies base, and also purchases livestock from local farmers and nearby farms in North Kazakhstan and Akmola regions. Thus, it supports small national businesses.
Modern German lines are installed at the production site. The capacity of the 1st line is 10,000 tons per day, the 2nd line is 30,000 tons per day. There is a separate Halal line for processing beef meat.
The production facilities include meat processing workshops, meat and fat shops, refrigeration shops, a packaging shop, a workshop with chambers for dry-cured and raw smoked sausages and specialties.
A modern quality control laboratory at all stages – from the control of raw materials to the control finished products, a finished product workshop equipped according to the rules of storage.
